Return Info
The original receipt and a brief explanation stating the reason for the return and the merchandise in its original condition must accompany all exchanges or returns.

If you cannot send the return/exchange within two weeks of the purchase date or have questions, please call 1-800-831-4OSU (678) and use the menu to contact the appropriate department.
If you feel the item you purchased has a defect originating with the manufacturer, the refund window is extended to 60 days. If you are unsure, please call us at 1-800-831-4OSU (678) for clarification.
