BACHELOR HONORS HOOD

Bachelor's honor hoods are only available to those students who have completed the necessary honors requirements by their college. Only those students on the list provided to the University Store by the Honors College will be allowed to purchase an honors hood. Bachelor cap & gown sold separately.

Since the 19th Century, the lining of the hood has shown the colors of the institution conferring the degree, and the trim of the hood has indicated the graduate's discipline:

• Bachelor of Architecture - Purple
• Bachelor of Music - Pink
• Bachelor of Arts - White
• Bachelor of Science - Gold
• Bachelor of Engineering - Orange
• Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources - Maize
• Bachelor of Fine Arts - Brown
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Drab
