Returns & Exchanges

Whether you visit us in person at the University Store or shop online at we always hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not pleased with your merchandise, we would be happy to assist you with a return or an exchange based on the guidelines below. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, or may be put onto a University Store gift card. Please note, an original receipt is required for all refunds.

You can always return your online order in person to the University Store. However, should you need to mail a purchase back to us, please send the merchandise along with a copy of your receipt, instructions for the refund or exchange, and your contact information to the address below. Online order shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policies

Clothing & Gift Refunds

Refunds will be given on regularly priced merchandise with an original receipt within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise must still be in original retail condition with tags. Without a receipt, merchandise may only be exchanged at current retail value. Sale or clearance merchandise is exchange only unless advertised as all sales final.

Graduation Refunds

Refunds will only be given on graduation regalia still in its original packaging prior to commencement. Opened caps & gowns may only be exchanged for a different size. Personalized announcements are all sales final and not eligible for refund.

OrangeTech Refunds

Refunds will be given on unopened technology products with an original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given if packaging, factory seal, tape or shrink-wrap are broken. Absolutely no returns on opened audio products. Warranty and defective claims will be handled through the OrangeTech Service & Repair Center on a case-by-case basis. Questions? Textbook Refunds

Textbooks may be returned for a full refund within the first 10 class days of the semester during the fall or spring, or within the first five class days of the semester during the summer, as long as you have your receipt and the books are still in original purchase condition. Therefore, we recommend you not write in or unwrap any book until you are sure you will be keeping it for the semester. Textbook sales for intersession courses are all sales final unless the class is dropped. Digital access codes are non-refundable once opened or accessed.
