I am trying to purchase my textbooks, but it says they are out of stock. What do I do?
Prior to the start of the semester we get shipments of books daily, so check back often. If the required material that is showing out of stock is listed as "Inclusive Access on Canvas - Will Be Billed To Bursar" that means they are digital materials that will be automatically available to you on Canvas at the start of the semester and the price shown will be billed to your bursar account after the drop/add deadline. 

What is Inclusive Access?
Inclusive Access is a collaboration between the University Store, professors and publishers to give students day-one access to digital course materials at a substantialy discounted rate. Find out more about how the University Store is saving students here

Can I charge my textbooks to my bursar account?
Yes! Unlike shopping anywhere else, students who are enrolled for the current academic term and who do not have a hold on their bursar account may charge up to $1,500 per semester at the University Store both in store and online. To charge items to your bursar account on, you must be logged in with your O-KEY email address and password. If you meet the requirements for charging the ‘Student Charge’ button will automatically be displayed as a payment option at checkout. 

Can I charge technology items to my bursar account?
Yes and no. Technology accessories less than $200 may be put on your bursar account as long as you are currently enrolled and do not have a hold on your account. Technology items greater than $200, including computers and tablets, may not be charged to your bursar account.

How do I use my Alumni Association discount online?
Click on the ‘Account’ button in the top right hand corner and select ‘My Account.” If you already have an account simply log in with your email address and password, or you can create a new account if you are a first-time user. Once you are logged in you can add your Alumni Association Member ID to your Account Information, automatically saving you 10% on all regularly priced OSU clothing & gift purchases.

Can I place an order online and pick it up in store?
Yes! Pickup for online orders is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in 030 Student Union. When picking up your order we do ask that you please bring a photo ID. We also offer pickup locations on the OSU Tulsa campus at the North Hall information desk and on the OSU Center for Health Sciences campus at the CHS Bookstore.  

I accidentally ordered the wrong item by mistake. How can I correct my order?
If the order has not yet shipped we will do our best to correct the order before it is processed. Please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] or call us at 1-800-831-4678. If the order has already been processed, you can send it back to us with a copy of the receipt and a note explaining whether you would like the item exchanged or refunded. 

I received my order but the clothing doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?
As long as we have the size you are needing we would be happy to facilitate an exchange. Please send the merchandise along with a copy of your receipt and instructions for the exchange to the address below. If we are unable to process the exchange, we will refund the item.

Processing exchanges through the mail can take a couple weeks for the item to get to us and then back to you. If you are in a hurry, we recommend placing a new for the correct item and just requesting a refund on the original order instead. 


I received my order but it is damaged. What can I do?
If you believe an item you received is damaged, please save the original packing and contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] or call us at 1-800-831-4678. We will work with you to correct the issue in the best manner possible. 

What is your refund policy?
Whether you visit us in person at the University Store or shop online at we always hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not pleased with your merchandise, we would be happy to assist you with a return or an exchange based on the guidelines here. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, or may be put onto a University Store gift card. Please note, an original receipt is required for all refunds.
